I loved the Nanowrimo this year, but I have to say, I’m kinda glad we’re done (just about) for another year.  I support the Nano year round on my sites, but this year just seemed - slippy.

Welcome to the November 5, 2007 edition of bloggers mardi gras. I’ve spent the last several months settling into University – I’m really enjoying my Creative Writing Ba(hons) and I’m delighted with the work I’m doing at the University of Gloucestershire.

Meeting up with people is always fun, but this is our first Cheltenham Writers meet for the Nanowrimo.  So this is a really quick post but I’m heading out the door to that now.
Current word count 7k primary – and around 4k on the ‘secondary’.

I did about 7k on my two (out of three) novels today, which has just been a blast.  I’m concentrating, of course, more on my essays and ‘stuff’ for University, but writing fiction gives me a bit of an outlet that I don’t otherwise find elsewhere.
I’m restless though – coming up on my first ‘bad’ [...]

Three days after starting to organise my work, and I’m finally just about done.  34 books, 9 non fiction projects, 2 poetry anthologies, and 4 ‘catch alls’ (poetry, prose, nonfiction, erotica).
Just in time to start the NanoWrimo.
