I spent the last three days in bed, because I was sick.  Not a great way to start the Uni year.  I’ll see what I can do about replacing the posts tomorrow at some point, but the long and short of most of what’s gone on today is ‘BIG SERVER CRASH OF DOOOM!’

I’m sleeping lots more than I should now.? Tomorrow is the first day of our new term at Uni, and I’m really excited, but really tierd too.
I’m working on fixing up both Writers Diner and Write-and-earn over the next couple of days - and am choosing the industry groups to promote over the next 12 [...]

On the writing front I’ve got six sets of notes for stories – I’m still building the files for my books.

I don’t tend to do resolutions because I don’t like how they make me feel. Most people say they feel empowered by them, but I really feel like a bigger failure just making them. I don’t feel that feeling a failure is conducive to getting things done, so I don’t make them.

Starting next month, time permitting, I’m going to aim to do around a five minute podcast on writing. It’ll in part be about the stuff we’re studying in Uni, but might also contain insight into other ‘bits and pieces’.

First up - a house without a washing machine is a very dull place to be - tomorrow, I spend most of the morning in the laundrette’s.  Woot.
It does mean, however, I’m spending the day washing clothes, and writing.
