Organisation and phearing it

(x-posted on MySpace - if you’ve got one, feel free to friend me)

I should probably apologise - I’m on a LOLCAT kick.  Best one so far is a TS Elliot rewrite, though god only knows that you show me a cute animal and caption it and I’m pretty much sold.

I damaged my hip this week - since falling down the stairs in my house, I’ve had problems with the whole of my left side, but this week has just been hard work.  Thursday rolled around and I was limping.  Friday left me in tears when I tried to walk and Dave flat out forced me to stay put on Saturday.  I’ve been out for a couple of hours today and am limping again (partially because I smacked my hip getting off the Tall Ships today).

So I’m spending the rest of today, and have been spending the last couple of days working on a couple of things.  In no particular order:
Publishhacks - ‘hacks for writers’ - tips, tricks and hacks for writers.
Digitalis Obscura - Our first issue has some poetry, and some reviews and some other fun stuff.
Collating my books - not quite as clear cut as putting together columns and editing/accepting/rejecting pieces, its been a lot of work, and I’ve made barely a dent in my stuff.  I’m trialling new software (that I really quite like) that’s supposed to help me organise everything for my work, in one place.
I’ll be posting software reviews in the next couple of weeks on my other personal blog, Languagedump if you’re interested.

How’s your writing week going?  Got any plans for next week?
